We work with high-impact health organizations to increase the scope and scale of their primary care programs through our tech-enabled model. Here are some featured programs where we're looking for support!

Chitkitsa Sahayta Kendra operates in Khamar region of Anugul district, Odisha to improve access to primary health care. Khamar region lies near a forest range and is one of most inaccessible part of the district (Some of villages got a proper road only in 2016!). Arogya Foundation of India's community health workers use Intelehealth to provide outpatient care for a wide variety of health conditions.

6 community health workers work across 44 villages covering a population of 43,000 in a backpack model. The 1 year pilot began in December 2017 and has completed 6 months. Over 5 years, we plan to scale to 60 community health workers covering 680 villages with a total population of around 700,000.

Mobile Hypertension Clinic, Maharashtra, India

  Partners: Rural Health Progress Trust

Partners: Rural Health Progress Trust

A baseline survey by the Rural Health Progress Trust (RHPT) revealed that 75.29% patients had never checked their blood pressure in their lifetime. It was found that the prevalence of hypertension was as high as 29.9%! Due to this gap in diagnosis and management of hypertension and its high prevalence, this program was launched.

RHPT's health workers use Intelehealth to screen and identify hypertensive patients using an evidence-based protocol. They design a management plan for these patients through tele-consultation with remote doctors and cardiologists. 5 health workers and 3 back-end doctors are working across more than 150 villages with the aim to screen a total population of around 200,000 people.
